Lemon Dill Salmon Burgers

Ingredients
  

  • 1 14 oz can salmon
  • 1 large egg, lightly beaten
  • 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 2 stalks Spring garlic, minced
  • zest of 1 lemon
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Combine ingredients except for olive oil in a bowl.
  • Form into 3 or 4 patties.
  • In large skillet, heat olive oil on medium heat.
  • Cook until golden, about 4 minutes per side.
  • Serve on burger buns with mayo, greens, and tomato slice.
