Dinner from our farm- Lemon Dill Salmon Burgers
Lemon Dill Salmon Burgers
- 1 14 oz can salmon
- 1 large egg, lightly beaten
- 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
- 2 stalks Spring garlic, minced
- zest of 1 lemon
- 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Combine ingredients except for olive oil in a bowl.
Form into 3 or 4 patties.
In large skillet, heat olive oil on medium heat.
Cook until golden, about 4 minutes per side.
Serve on burger buns with mayo, greens, and tomato slice.
