Elderflower Mocktail or Cocktail

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup elderflower shrub
  • 3/4 cup sparkling water
  • 1 tbsp fresh orange or lemon juice
  • 1 fresh mint sprig

Instructions
 

  • Mix in a glass, add ice.
  • Add 2 tbsp vodka or gin for a cocktail
  • Garnish with the mint sprig
