Arugula and Spring Garlic Pesto

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cup arugula
  • 2 stalks Spring garlic
  • 1 cup pine nuts or walnuts
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/3-1/2 cup olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients except oil in food processor.
  • Pulse until chopped.
  • Stream in oil while blender is running, until you have the desired consistency.
  • Serving suggestions: on pasta, on pizza, on bruschetta, on crackers
