Chopped kale salad with elderflower dressing

Ingredients
  

  • 1 large bunch fresh kale
  • 1/2 cup elderflower shrub
  • 4-5 minced radishes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • juice of 1/2 lemon

Instructions
 

  • Wash and destem kale, slice thinly, then chop.
  • Mix in a large bowl with the rest of the ingredients.
