Chopped kale salad with elderflower dressing
Ingredients
- 1 large bunch fresh kale
- 1/2 cup elderflower shrub
- 4-5 minced radishes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- juice of 1/2 lemon
Instructions
- Wash and destem kale, slice thinly, then chop.
- Mix in a large bowl with the rest of the ingredients.
