Roasted Radishes
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 bunch radishes, washed, destemmed, halved
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- salt and pepper to taste
- optional- parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450.
- Toss radishes in bowl with olive oil and seasonings.
- Place on baking sheet, cut side down.
- Roast for 10-15 minutes until they are how you want them- longer for softer, shorter for a little crisp in them.
- Optional- sprinkle grated parmesan on top.
