Dinner from our farm- Roasted Radishes

Roasted Radishes

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 bunch radishes, washed, destemmed, halved
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • optional- parmesan cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 450.
  • Toss radishes in bowl with olive oil and seasonings.
  • Place on baking sheet, cut side down.
  • Roast for 10-15 minutes until they are how you want them- longer for softer, shorter for a little crisp in them.
  • Optional- sprinkle grated parmesan on top.
