Wash arugula. Wash and slice spring garlic into tiny rounds.
Bring broth to a boil in a pan large enought to fit the arugula. Add sesame oil if you're using it.
Add salt, pepper, and garlic and stir a couple of times. Turn off heat.
Add arugula, stir to cover with broth.
Toss in the pan for a minute or two until the arugula is wilted.
Serving suggestions: on pasta, over mashed potatoes, on top of a salad, by itself as a side.
