Elderberry vinaigrette dressing
Delicious dressing for salads, dipping veg, and pasta salads
- 1/2 cup Elderberry shrub concentrate
- 1/3 cup olive oil or avocado oil
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp dried dill, basil, parsley, or other herb of choice. Use 1 tablespoon if you're using fresh herbs
Smash and mince or use a garlic press for the garlic
Mix the remaining ingredients in a jar with a tight fitting lid
Shake to emulsify and let sit for a while to integrate the tastes
