Dutch Baby pancakes

Ingredients
  

  • 3 duck eggs
  • 1/2 cup all purpose flour I substitute 1/4 cup casava and 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 4 tablespoons butter

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425
  • Mix all ingredients except butter in the blender
  • Melt butter in a 10 inch skillet in oven
  • When butter is melted, add batter to the pan
  • Bake for 20 minutes, or until puffed and golden
  • Decrease oven temp to 300 and bake 5 minutes longer
  • Cut into wedges and serve with topping of choice
