Sunday’s Elderberry Shrub Vinaigrette Dressing Recipe
We eat a lot of salads. We’re lucky enough to be at some amazing farmers markets, where produce is available year round. I’ve been working on a recipe for elderberry vinaigrette, and after much testing, I’m so excited to share it with you – Elderberry Vinaigrette! After many tries, I think I finally nailed down the perfect combination of ingredients to create a delicious and healthy vinaigrette dressing. I used our Certified Naturally Grown Elderberry Shrub and our own Certified Naturally Grown garlic to add a unique flavor to the recipe.
This vinaigrette is not only tasty and super easy to make, but also packed with antioxidants and other health benefits. Drizzle it over your favorite salad or use it as a marinade for chicken or fish. Pasta salad, cooked veggie salad- lots of options to get your elderberry in.
