Arugula and Spring Garlic Pesto
Ingredients
- 3 cup arugula
- 2 stalks Spring garlic
- 1 cup pine nuts or walnuts
- salt and pepper
- 1/3-1/2 cup olive oil
Instructions
- Place all ingredients except oil in food processor.
- Pulse until chopped.
- Stream in oil while blender is running, until you have the desired consistency.
- Serving suggestions: on pasta, on pizza, on bruschetta, on crackers
