Dinner from our farm- easy Roasted Cabbage
Roasted Caraflex Cabbage
Ingredients
- 1 Caraflex Cabbage
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- optional- red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375
- Wash cabbage and drain
- Cut in half, then quarters,
- Place cabbage quarters on a pan.
- Drizzle with olive oil.
- Salt and pepper to taste. Add red pepper flakes, if desired.
- Cook for 15 minutes, then turn so the other cut side is down. Cook for 15 more minutes.
