Dinner from our farm- Kale Chips
Kale Chips
Ingredients
- 1 bunch kale, torn into 3-4 inch pieces
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 250.
- Wash kale, pat dry with paper towel.
- Toss all the ingredients in a bowl.
- Spread evenly on a baking sheet.
- Bake until crispy, but don't burn. Approximately 30 minutes.
- Let cool completely.
