Dinner from our farm- Kale Chips

Kale Chips

Ingredients
  

  • 1 bunch kale, torn into 3-4 inch pieces
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 250.
  • Wash kale, pat dry with paper towel.
  • Toss all the ingredients in a bowl.
  • Spread evenly on a baking sheet.
  • Bake until crispy, but don't burn. Approximately 30 minutes.
  • Let cool completely.
